Starting November 17, 2020 to February 7, 2021, every P 1,000 single receipt purchase from any Araneta City establishment, four (4) cinema tickets (Gateway Cineplex or Ali Mall Cinema), or P 2,000 single/accumulated receipt purchase of any Petron Products (Fuels, Engine Oil, and Petron Gasul) entitles a customer to one (1) e-raffle entry.
Included in this promo are any purchases at the Gateway Mall; Gateway Tower Mall; Ali Mall; New Farmers Plaza; Farmers Market; Coliseum Circle; New Frontier Theater Arcade; Telus Arcade; Cyberpark Tower 1; Cyberpark Tower 2; Shopwise Arcade; Araneta City Bus Station & Busport; Manhattan Parkway, Parkview, Plaza and Heights Arcade; and Novotel Manila Araneta City.

HOW TO JOIN
- 1. Download the Araneta City mobile app. On the app, select the Joyful Treats in Araneta City promo to register.
- 2. Input personal info, contact details, and receipt purchase details upon registration. Incomplete data shall automatically invalidate the entry.
- 3. Wait for the notification message via the Araneta City mobile app, then visit the nearest mall concierge / redemption booth to claim their One-Time Passcode (OTP) and e-raffle stub/s.

- 4. Present the receipt/invoice to the promo personnel at the redemption booths. Redemption can be done in any of the four promo booths regardless of where the purchases were made. The promo personnel will validate the receipt, approve the receipt purchase details in the system, and give the OTP and e-raffle stub/s.
- 5. Key in the OTP in the Araneta City mobile app upon receipt of text notification. The OTP will expire in 30 minutes. Failed to use the OTP in the allowable time, customer needs to re-process the validation of receipt entry in the mall redemption booth. The previous receipt details entry will automatically invalidate.
- 6. Keep the e-raffle claim stub/s to be sent via email.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A participant can only win the raffle once. If a name wins more than once in a drawn, the winner will get the prize of higher value.
- Receipts from Shopwise, The SM Store, Puregold, and Isetann are not included in this promo.
- Reprinted receipt copies, discounted cinema tickets issued to Senior Citizen and/or receipts, invoices from purchase of gift certificates, networking dealership purchase, remittance, payment of mobile bills, telephone bills, electric and other utility bills, credit card & the like are EXCLUDED to join this promo. Araneta City reserves the right to refuse defaced, crumpled and tampered receipts.
- For Petron customers, only official receipts from any Petron Gasul/Lube dealers and service stations dated November 16, 2020 to February 7, 2021 are valid.
- For Araneta City establishment receipts worth P31,000 and up, a maximum of 30 e-raffle stubs and for Petron receipts worth P30,000 and up, a maximum of 15 e-raffle stubs shall be given regardless of the total purchased amount.
- Participants can use a receipt to join the promo only once. Promo personnel will stamp on receipts that are already entered in the promo.
- Cut off for submission of entries is on February 7, 2021, 7:00PM. The e-raffle draw shall commence on February 12, 2021 at the Gateway Tower, Araneta City, Quezon City in the presence of a DTI representative.
- Winners shall be notified via registered mail, phone, and e-mail. Announcement will be made via the Araneta City website (www.aranetacity.com), official Facebook page, and mall posters.
- For the KTM Duke New Generation motorcycle unit winners, the color of the motorcycle shall be at the discretion of Araneta City and the winner will not get a choice to pick a color or exchange units.
- To claim the prize, winners must present the registered mail with envelope, printed e-raffle claim stub, and two valid government-issued IDs at the Araneta City Marketing Department, 25th Floor Gateway Tower, Araneta City, Quezon City from Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 4:00PM.
- Winners shall agree to be featured in any and all publicity materials connected to the promo.
- The 20% prize tax will be shouldered by Araneta City but vehicle registration, insurance and other related expenses that may be incurred in relation to the prize will be for the winners’ account.
- Prize is transferable but is not convertible to cash. Prizes not claimed beyond 60 days since receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Araneta City, with prior approval of DTI.
- By joining the raffle promo, participants agree to Araneta City’s privacy policy.
- Araneta City employees, sponsor, agency personnel, its sister companies, lessees, staff members and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
