Cyberpark 3

Already under construction in the 8-hectare PEZA-certified Araneta City Cyberpark complex, Cyberpark 3 answers the pressing need for companies and locators who are looking for a better atmosphere for business growth, and a solution to cramped office spaces and worsening traffic conditions in other CBDs.

Like its two predecessors, Cyberpark 3 will offer large floor plates, typically 2,700 sqm., and highlighted by floor-toceiling windows.
