Public bike repair station set up at Araneta City
Bicycle riders at Araneta City who will encounter bike issues may now avail of a quick fix at the Parking Garage South (PGS) Building.
A public bike repair station was installed in July near the PGS Building entrance, just close to the parking slots allotted for bicycles.
It is equipped with tools such as tire air pump, screwdrivers, hex key, crescent wrench, and wrenches -- all secured in the mini repair station and are easily accessible to any Araneta City biker.
The mini bike repair station, set up through the assistance of Quezon City 3rd district Congressman Allan Benedict Reyes, was installed as part of Araneta City's initiatives in giving convenience to commuters who opt to visit the City of Firsts using their bicycles during the quarantine period.
Araneta City has already designated a section at the ground floor of PGS Building for bike parking given the surge of bicycle riders during the COVID-19 pandemic.
