Boteyju kicks off new food choices at Gateway Mall 2
New food outlets are starting to open at Gateway Mall 2 in Araneta City. And for its initial offering, the latest Araneta City mall is giving the public a taste of Japanese cuisine with Botejyu.
Botejyu, Japan’s pioneer okonomiyaki and okosoba restaurant chain, opened its doors at Gateway Mall 2 on April 9. It is the restaurant’s 63rd branch in the country, and the first food chain to open at the new mall's hard-to-miss Restaurant Collection.
Founded in 1946, Botejyu takes pride in introducing okonomiyaki with mayonnaise, and in inventing the okosoba by wrapping traditional stir-fried noodles in the okonomiyaki batter.
