Let Araneta City do the shopping for you with Ask Ara virtual shopper
Araneta City is revamping its virtual shopping program with the launch of “Ask Ara”, an improved personal virtual shopper and delivery service exclusive to patrons of the City of Firsts.
With this service, anyone at their homes or offices can now buy items remotely at any Gateway Mall or Gateway Tower store through our virtual shopper Ara.
To avail this service:
- STEP 1: Visit the Ask Ara Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/AskAraneta/).
- STEP 2: Message Ara and indicate the details of the item/s to be purchased.
- STEP 3: Settle payments online, discuss whether the item/s is/are for customer pickup or for delivery.
- STEP 4: For delivery, just wait for the item/s to be delivered by Mr Speedy.
Ask Ara can accommodate up to 2 store transactions per customer inquiry, and up to 3 purchases per store.
This personal virtual shopper service is FREE of charge, with each customer having to pay only for the items purchased and for delivery.
