HOW TO JOIN
1. Download the Araneta City mobile app. On the app, select RIDE THE WHEELS AT THE CITY OF FIRSTS promo to register.
2. Input your personal info, contact details, and receipt purchase details upon registration. Incomplete data shall automatically invalidate the entry.
3. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address and phone number. Key in the OTP in the Araneta City mobile app within 24 hours of receipt.
4. Follow any of these methods for receipt validation:
OPTION A: Onsite validation
• Visit the nearest mall concierge / redemption booth:
Gateway Mall
- Concierge, UGF
- Promo booth at Activity Area, UGF
- Promo booth at Food Express, Level 3
Ali Mall
- Concierge, Ground Floor
Farmers Plaza
- Concierge, Ground Floor
Farmers Dampa
- Promo booth at Dampa
• Present the receipt/invoice to the promo personnel at the redemption booth for validation. Redemption can be done in any of the four promo booths regardless of where the purchases were made.
• The promo personnel will validate the receipt and approve the receipt purchase details in the system.
OPTION B: Online validation
• The system will automatically process the validation based on the receipt purchase details inputted on the Araneta City mobile app. This will take longer compared to the real-time processing in the onsite validation.
NOTE: If the system detects that the receipt purchase details have been duplicated or manipulated, the entry will automatically be invalidated. A notification will be sent to the participant.
5. Once entry is validated, the e-raffle stub/s will be sent via your registered email.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Only original copies of official receipts, paper tape receipts, cash or sale invoices with tax identification numbers (TIN) dated April 12 to July 7, 2021, are considered valid; Receipts from Shopwise, The SM Store, Puregold, and Isetann are not included in this promo. Reprinted receipt copies, discounted cinema tickets issued to Senior Citizen and/or receipts, invoices from purchase of gift certificates, networking dealership purchase, remittance, payment of mobile bills, telephone bills, electric and other utility bills, credit card & the like are EXCLUDED to join this promo. Araneta City reserves the right to refuse defaced, crumpled and tampered receipts. For Petron customers, only official receipts from any Petron Gasul/Lube dealers and service stations dated April 12 to July 7, 2021 are valid.
• For Araneta City establishment receipts worth P31,000 and up, a maximum of 30 e-raffle stubs shall be given regardless of the total purchased amount.
• For Petron receipts worth P30,000 and up, a maximum of 15 e-raffle stubs shall be given regardless of the total purchased amount.
• A participant must be 18 years old and above to join the promo.
• A participant can only win the raffle once. If his/her name is drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize of higher value.
• A participant can use a receipt to join the promo only once. During the onsite validation, promo personnel will stamp on receipts that are already entered in the promo.
• In case of failure to input the OTP within the allowable time, the participant needs to proceed to the mall redemption booth.
• Cut off for submission of entries is on August 17, 2021, 7:00PM.
• Raffle draw is on August 25, 2021, 3:00PM. It will be done using the Electronic Raffle Draw System of Araneta City, to be supervised by a DTI representative.
• Winners shall be notified via registered mail, phone, and e-mail. Announcement will be made via the Araneta City website (www.aranetacity.com), official Facebook page, and mall posters.
• For the Skywalker 8ECO electronic scooter unit winners, the color of the e-scooter to be given shall be at the discretion of Araneta City. The winner will not get a chance to pick a preferred color or to exchange units.
• To claim the prize, winners must present the printed e-raffle claim stub and two valid government-issued IDs at the Araneta City Marketing Department, Gateway Tower, Araneta City, Quezon City from Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 4:00PM.
• Winners shall agree to be featured in any and all publicity materials connected to the promo.
• The 20% prize tax will be shouldered by Araneta City but vehicle registration, insurance and other related expenses that may be incurred in relation to the prize will be for the winners’ account.
• Prize is transferable but is not convertible to cash. Prizes not claimed beyond 60 days since receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Araneta City, with prior approval of DTI.
• By joining the raffle promo, participants agree with Araneta City’s privacy policy.
• Araneta City employees, sponsor, agency personnel, its sister companies, lessees, staff members and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
