Did you know that the first Mamou, built 17 years ago, is called Mamou - A Home Kitchen? It's named as such because the dishes we serve at Mamou are the dishes that Malou Fores serves in her home. Her friends have always asked her, "When are you going to open your restaurant?" The rest is history.
